Beech's Ginger Chocolate is famous as the best. We use top quality Chinese Stem Ginger that is hand cut and trimmed before being enrobed in thick dark chocolate. For the true ginger lovers, we also have crystallised ginger in the larger 150g pack and "slivers" of crystallised ginger which taste amazing! Our chocolate coated ginger is also a vegan favourite.
